LIFECOURSE INITIATIVE FOR HEALTHY FAMILIES (LIHF) COMMUNITY STRATEGIST

We are looking to fill two positions. This position lead in cross-sector engagement and work to develop and implement strategies that will lead to long-term involvement of community institutions, organizations and individuals in the assigned city. There are many ways to get involved with the work LIHF is doing:

Read: Keep track of the issues through local newspapers, magazine articles and professional journals.

Speak: Share what you learn to help others become aware of the problem.

Call and write: Send letters to local newspapers, your representatives, and your local public officials to enlist them in improving African American birth outcomes.

Host: Invite LIHF Collaborative members to speak at informational events or meetings.
