Data to Action

Our society has access to more data now than ever before. We can move data to action by using local data to identify health inequities and choose effective strategies to improve infant, maternal, and community health.

In partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Wisconsin PRAMS, and other diverse stakeholder groups, the Lifecourse Initiative for Healthy Families conducts data analysis and translates data to action to inform the work of LIHF and others in the region and state.

By examining local data related to the health of infants, mothers, and families, LIHF aims to help both our communities and Wisconsin's maternal and child health programs better understand why disparities in birth outcomes exist and inform strategies to address them.
